Baby Matty – One Year Portraits

One Year Portraits, First Birthday. Boston Family Photographer, Krista Guenin. © Krista Photography - www.kristaphoto.com

I can’t say often enough how much I LOVE getting to photograph families over time!  It is SO COOL to bear witness to the evolution of two people becoming so much more!  From engaged couple, to bride & groom, to a family of their own… it’s a honor, truly.  So, I was pumped to go visit Sylvia & Ricky and see just how big Baby Matty has become now that he’s one year old!  And man!  If I thought this kid was cute before, he is EVEN CUTER now!!  Check out my faves from our portrait session!

Baby Madeline — Indianapolis Family Portrait Session

It really is such a treat getting to photograph a family over the years!  CoCo originally photographed Kate & Peter’s wedding at the Harvard Faculty Club back in 2014.  And then they moved to Indianapolis. When I went back home to Indy last summer, I had the opportunity to see them and photograph their new baby, Madeline!  And this year, on my annual pilgrimage back to Indiana, I got to see them again!!  Madeline has gotten so big, and if you can believe it, even cuter!!  Check out my favorites from our portrait session!

Photo Booth with gold sequined backdrop, Funky props, © Krista Photography, Boston Wedding Photographers

I don’t know if it was the crazy hats, feathered boas, or the gold sequined backdrop, but I think the guests enjoyed the opportunity to get a bit goofy in front of the camera for a change! Their smiles and dance moves were most definitely infectious!
