If Bethany & Joe are sneaking up on you, it’s because Krista didn’t actually get to shoot an engagement session for them. Both of them are in the military and were living out of state at the time, and we just were never in the same state at the same time until the day before the wedding! Engagement sessions are normally SO important to helping us make great pictures of you on wedding day. But thankfully Bethany & Joe are so adorable that we just COULDN’T take a bad picture of them if we tried :)
Krista and Cristen started out at the church with Bethany as she got ready before the ceremony. Love Bethany’s greens shoes.
I hung out with Joe at the church. Their boutonnieres were cotton blossoms, a nod to Bethany’s Georgia roots.
Joe sent Bethany the sweetest present, a book of poems!
Cristen grabbed this of the cute little flower girls helping Bethany get dressed
This is Cristen’s, Bethany’s mom is killing me!
I grabbed this of the groomsmen waiting at the front of the church. [One of Krista’s favorites!!]
These two are mine from the front of the church.
Her veil took my breath away. it was even more beautiful in person!
This is also mine of Bethany’s dad during the ceremony.
So happy!
Bethany and her gorgeous girls!
These guys were such troopers! It was freezing outside!
HAHA!
Cristen and I ran to the reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel to grab some details, these place cards were so beautiful.
The calligraphy was so delicate and pretty!
Bethany ran and changed into another super fun dress, here’s my view of their first dance.
And Krista’s…
There were toasts…
And some seriously beautiful tears…
I also sat by the groom during Bethany’s dad’s toast… haha!
Bethany and her dad!! Dang they’re cute!
Joe’s dad and brother were so sweet! They could barely hold it together…
I was so proud of their cake smash! Joe was too obviously… :)
YES.
Bethany’s dad’s suspenders were AWESOME.
Bling bling!
And a sweet slow dance shot from me to cap it all off.
Thank you Bethany and Joe! We all had the most wonderful time documenting your day! It was so wonderful to see how surrounded by love and support you are. Seriously. SO MUCH.
