Christine + Vu — Exchange Conference Center Wedding

Christine and Vu started their day off at the Renaissance Waterfront in Boston, where they were both surrounded by their family and MANY groomsmen and bridesmaids. It made for a super fun atmosphere. The girls were primped, the guys got pizza, typical right??

Krista was joined by the lovely Erin Chapman, who hung out with the dudes as they prepped.

Christine did a quick hair change before the reception, which for all you ladies getting married in the Summer, this was SUCH a good idea on such a hot and humid day! Who doesn’t want to look their best ALL day??

Christine + Vu — Newport, RI Engagement Session

Hey everyone!! Guess what I’m over HALF WAY DONE blogging all of our lovely better-late-than-never couples. Woohoo! I hope you all, especially all you couples, have enjoyed seeing these weddings pop up here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It definitely feels like a labor of love but I could not be happier with the results. And THANK YOU all for checking in on us over here and thank you couples for patiently waiting your turn!

OK! On to Christine & Vu! Krista met up with tese two lovebirds down in Newport, RI while they were on vacation. Is that not the BEST time to get your engagement pictures done?? You’re tan, you’re relaxed, and the only schedule you have to work around is dinner plans, or when you scheduled that much needed massage. MMmmmm massage…

Anyways! Krista hung out with these two all over Newport, they got drinks, ice cream, all the good stuff! But most of all they spent the day goofing around and laughing. Just how we like it.

Doesn’t Christine have such a beautiful smile?!

You know we love people in trees…

HAHA!

Then off for some ice cream! Yummmmm…

And then for some Dark and Stormy’s! Definitely one of my favorite Summer drinks.

Lillie + Colin — Harvard Faculty Club Wedding Details

The Harvard Faculty Club was such a wonderful venue to work in for Lillie and Colin’s wedding. The building has so much character, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff was fantastic. Done and done, oh and not to mention their amazing staircase! Ok let’s get on with these gorgeous details!

I found this tapestry cool tapestry and couldn’t resist a little earring photo shoot :)

Love the POP of her flowers!

Jessica Peacock’s makeup was FLAWLESS.

Priscilla Collins did such an amazing job on everyone’s hair, she doesn’t mess around!

Lillie and her Pronovias dress were featured on TLC’s I Found the Gown.

I love the table set up! I feel like we never see long tables like this.

This cake was so beautiful and classic! And for complete nerds, the basket weave was AMAZING. (Wow, sad I just admitted that).

Lillie + Colin — Harvard Faculty Club Wedding

Lillie and Colin were married at the Harvard Faculty Club in Harvard Square, which is such a beautiful old building with so much character. The weather was fine, the celebration was joyous, the bride was perfectly nervous (and gorgeous), what more could you ask for?!

Krista and I started with the bride in a beautiful room upstairs at the Faculty Club, the wallpaper is amazing in there!

This is mine of one of Lillie’s beautiful bridesmaids.

Dream team member Allana Taranto started out with Colin and his guys down the hall. :)

Lillie was featured on the TLC’s I Found the Gown for her stunning dress.

Oh, moms! You are so cute!!

Colin waited at the bottom of these gorgeous stairs to see his bride!

I grabbed this as Lillie made her way down.

The grounds of the Faculty Club are magical, something beautiful around every corner and at every angle!

The bridal party was waiting around the corner! Creepers :)

Allana grabbed this as the Bride and Groom were introduced.

There were about a dozen toasts at the reception. Seriously. But honestly, it was kind of amazing. The Bride and Groom introduced each speaker, and it was so touching to hear the different things everyone had to say about the happy couple.

This is mine from my favorite toast of the night.

Then Lillie’s dad brought the house down!

I grabbed this during their super sweet choreographed first dance.

Lillie + Colin — Boston Public Gardens Engagement

Krista met up with Lillie and Colin at the Boston Public Gardens, on the “world’s smallest suspension bridge” where they got engaged, which you can read more about on Lillie’s blog! These two were super funny and it was such a pleasure spending the afternoon running around Boston with them. They even made it down to my favorite neighborhood in Boston, Bay Village, where the couple lives, which is also home to my favorite breakfast place of ALL TIME, Mike and Patty’s. Mmmmmmm….

Ok, enough about breakfast, onto the lovebirds!

You know we love a girl with curly hair!

Now, off to Bay Village, the cutest little neighborhood ever!

These two work together from home a lot, so Krista went up to Lillie and Colin’s apartment for a second and captured them in their element, these are some of my favorite images from the day!

Meredith + John — Lyman Estate Wedding Details

Meredith and John, when I think about your wedding details I think soft, romantic, and for some reason the word blushing comes to mind. Maybe Meredith was just that perfect blushing bride. Let’s start with her and her dress. Absolutely RADIANT.

Her hair was just so romantic and feminine.

Her dress fit her like a GLOVE.

The boys boutonnieres were such a nice little touch too!

I love the POP of those coral dresses.

SUCCULENTS! Yes! These flowers were stunning.

The chuppa was also gorgeous.

There is one word for the Lyman Estate, stately, inside and out.

Every Summer wedding should have Arnold Palmers!

The reception was pretty much a big house party, people danced like crazy and when they got tired, meandered through all the different rooms of the house.

And we’ll finish with a stunning long exposure of the front facade of the estate, LOVE.

Meredith + John — Lyman Estate Wedding

Meredith and John were married on a gorgeous summer’s day at the Lyman Estate in Waltham, MA. This beautiful historic house was the perfect location for their classy and beautifully styled day. The girls wore coral, the guys wore grey and green. This beautiful and gracious couple was just soaking up all the love and support around them all day. It was such a wonderful thing to witness.

So let’s start with Krista and her assistant Marc Beaulieu, they started with Meredith as she got ready in an upstairs room at the Lyman Estate. The rooms are just so perfectly old-time New England.

I started out with John and his boys while they were maxin’ and relaxin’.

The couple did a First Look on the staircase.

Krista and I saw this field of wildflowers as we drove up to the house and fell in love with it.

Ok ceremony time! Wasn’t the lawn gorgeous?

I LOVE that even though the couple had a First Look, Meredith was still TOTALLY crying as she met John in the aisle. SO SWEET. These next two are mine, and my absolute faves from the day.

Then it was cocktails time on the lawn, with Arnold Palmers for everyone!

They did their toasts outside as well. This one of Meredith’s dad is mine.

Then it was straight inside for some klezmer music from Meredith’s family! It was so fun!

Then it was all dancing, all the time! That room was packed!

This kid was cracking me up!

One more collective “AAawwwww…” for these two. I think the photos speak for themselves as to how joyous an occasion this was. Thank you both and your wonderful families and friends for letting us be there!

Meredith + John — Concord Engagement Session

Alright everybody it’s time to train your eyes on the adorable Meredith and John for the week. Krista met up with these two cuties in downtown Concord and around the Old North Bridge in Minuteman National Park. Man, Minuteman, you are worth your weight in gold! We love that place!

I am completely in love with Meredith’s super bright and classy skimmer pants, funky chunky shoes and preppy jacket and accessories. PLUS she has gorgeous curly hair, which I WISH I had, and Krista is the master of (but that’s another blog post… coming soon).

Ok, onto Meredith and John, starting of in downtown Concord, on a lovely Summer evening.

Linan + Steven — Hyatt Harborside Wedding

Linan & Steven got married at the Hyatt Harborside in Boston on a lovely but windy day – isn’t it always windy down there? So many friends and family came in from all over the world for this wedding, and everyone was clearly thrilled to be there! Even though most of the day everyone was speaking Mandarin, Krista and her Shooting Assistant Peter Morse had a really great time! Sometimes a camera is the only language you need! Shout out to Emilie from Pink Orchid Weddings for helping to translate throughout the day, you were a huge help!

As you saw in their engagement, this girl knows how to choose shoes, her wedding shoes were no exception! The wonderful Peter Morse hung out with Krista for the day and grabbed this.

Linan looked absolutely flawless.

Steven, the most cheerful groom ever, also from Peter.

It sure was windy ya’ll!

Linan + Steven — Boston Public Gardens Engagement

Linan & Steven live out in California, so Krista didn’t even get to meet them until the week of their wedding! She was just excited that they were able to squeeze in a fun little engagement session during the craziness of the week. It was great to get to know them a bit, and see just how adorable they are together :) They shot around the Boston Public Gardens and on Commonwealth Ave before heading to Finale for some yummmmy desserts! So fun!
