Laurie + Hakan — Beacon Hill Engagement

Get ready y’all for the last THREE better-late-than-never couples! First up, Hakan and Laurie! They met up with Krista in Beacon Hill one lovely late Summer evening. These two are such a beautiful couple, I love their style, their cuddles, and especially their willingness to listen to Krista when she said, “Trust me, just go stand under that bridge!” – when they had NO idea what she was going for. Ok, let’s see what these two got up to on their engagement session.

Bethany + Jon — Falmouth Engagement Session

We are getting closer and closer to being completely caught up with our better-late-than-never couples! Just FOUR more to go!! Can you believe it?? I’m so excited! And you all say, “Yes CoCo, we are very excited too, now get on with it, who are these adorable people??”

OK OK fine :) Krista met up with Bethany & Jon down in Falmouth, MA, where Bethany grew up and where they would eventually be married. We LOVE shooting in a place that means something to you, it just makes it that more special!

These two romped around The Knob while Krista tagged along and shot some simple, sweet, natural pictures, just how we like it :)

This is Bethany’s Favorite! I think it’s mine too!

Katie + Mark — Cape Cod Engagement Session

Krista met Katie & Mark down on the Cape for their lovely late evening engagement session. Mark picked the girls up in his boat, hold on to your camera straps folks!

I LOVE Katie’s bright nails! You’ll see those again on wedding day. My kind of girl :)

Rose + George — Harvard Engagement Session

Krista met Rose a few years ago when she was a bridesmaid at Jessica & Albert’s wedding in 2008. Imagine our excitement when she contacted Krista to shoot her wedding too! So fun!!!

Krista shot Rose & George’s engagement session down at Harvard University. Harvard is such a wonderful place to shoot! There is so much variety, obviously tons of beautiful buildings, and lots of really cool and different architectural elements everywhere! All you need is super cute couple to sweeten the deal! I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves :)

Leli + Tom — Downtown Boston Engagement

Krista met up with Leli & Tom for their Engagement Session down at the Boston Public Gardens, where they got engaged, awwwwwwww. They are the sweetest couple, very caring and loving with each other, and they couldn’t have picked a better day to romp around the city with Krista!

They started out on Commonwealth ave just outside the gardens… Isn’t Leli’s purple dress the cutest?

SO SWEET.

Make ’em snuggle and they’ll start to giggle, works every time! Love this series!

Then they headed over the footbridge to the river.

SUCH a gorgeous day! I can’t wait to have these evenings again!

Then a quick jaunt over to J.P.Licks for a handsome reward!

N + J — Wellesley and Gloucester Engagement Session

OK everyone, back to our regularly scheduled programming of better-late-than-never blog posts. Let’s check in on these two cuties, who actually were married in Singapore but had a special reception at the State Room for their Boston contingent. Sounds fun right?! Let’s start with their Summery engagement session first…

Krista met up with the couple at Wellesley College where they got engaged. Their campus is so beautiful, it was a great place to shoot. They toured around campus a while and then drove out to Gloucester as a surprise for J, who loves lighthouses, he loved it!.

Look at these two!! So cute!

They’re just gorgeous!!

Then for a quick costume change and onto Eastern Point Lighthouse in Gloucester, just in time for the sunset!

Rachel + Jon — Lynch Park Engagment – xo, CoCo

Horray!! It’s finally time to post my first official couple as an Associate for Krista Photography! Much more of these to come in 2013, but for now feast your eyes on the adorable Rachel and Jon!

After talking to Rachel about how her and Jon got engaged after hopping a fence at Lynch Park to sit on “their rock” over looking the ocean and Beverly Harbor, I knew we had to shoot there. I love going somewhere that has a real significance to the couple, and it didn’t hurt that Lynch Park is a super versatile space, with tons of cute little spots for these two to snuggle. I had seen these two at a couple of Krista’s weddings, as they are good friends of Krista’s, but we had never really met. So we had a really great time goofing around and getting to know each other a bit.We met up on a particularly gorgeous Fall evening, ran around, talked, laughed, ya know all that good stuff :)

Christine + Vu — Newport, RI Engagement Session

Hey everyone!! Guess what I’m over HALF WAY DONE blogging all of our lovely better-late-than-never couples. Woohoo! I hope you all, especially all you couples, have enjoyed seeing these weddings pop up here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It definitely feels like a labor of love but I could not be happier with the results. And THANK YOU all for checking in on us over here and thank you couples for patiently waiting your turn!

OK! On to Christine & Vu! Krista met up with tese two lovebirds down in Newport, RI while they were on vacation. Is that not the BEST time to get your engagement pictures done?? You’re tan, you’re relaxed, and the only schedule you have to work around is dinner plans, or when you scheduled that much needed massage. MMmmmm massage…

Anyways! Krista hung out with these two all over Newport, they got drinks, ice cream, all the good stuff! But most of all they spent the day goofing around and laughing. Just how we like it.

Then off for some ice cream! Yummmmm…

Lillie + Colin — Boston Public Gardens Engagement

Krista met up with Lillie and Colin at the Boston Public Gardens, on the “world’s smallest suspension bridge” where they got engaged, which you can read more about on Lillie’s blog! These two were super funny and it was such a pleasure spending the afternoon running around Boston with them. They even made it down to my favorite neighborhood in Boston, Bay Village, where the couple lives, which is also home to my favorite breakfast place of ALL TIME, Mike and Patty’s. Mmmmmmm….

Ok, enough about breakfast, onto the lovebirds!

You know we love a girl with curly hair!

Meredith + John — Concord Engagement Session

Alright everybody it’s time to train your eyes on the adorable Meredith and John for the week. Krista met up with these two cuties in downtown Concord and around the Old North Bridge in Minuteman National Park. Man, Minuteman, you are worth your weight in gold! We love that place!

I am completely in love with Meredith’s super bright and classy skimmer pants, funky chunky shoes and preppy jacket and accessories. PLUS she has gorgeous curly hair, which I WISH I had, and Krista is the master of (but that’s another blog post… coming soon).

Ok, onto Meredith and John, starting of in downtown Concord, on a lovely Summer evening.
