Angie & Matt’s wedding was awesome, but one of my favorite things about it was that I got to shoot a bunch of FILM for them! I got my start in wedding photography shooting for an all black & white film studio, and I still love it :) Digital is fabulous, and totally has taken over the industry. But, film still has a place, in my opinion. There’s nothing quite so timeless as black & white film. It just looks classic. Clearly, I love it. Anyway, here are a few of my favorite film shots from Angie & Matt’s wedding day…
Angie getting ready (shot with 35mm Tri-X 400 on my Nikon F100 & 50mm f/1.4)
The ceremony (shot on 35mm Tri-X 400 with the Widelux)
Portraits in the Public Gardens (shot on 35mm Tri-X 400 with my Nikon F100 & 50mm f/1.4)
(shot on 35mm Tri-X 400 with the Widelux)
The View from the Taj
The Taj set up for the reception (shot on 35mm Tri-X 400 with the Widelux, then with the F100)
A few from the reception (shot on 120 Tri-X 400 with the Holga and a Vivitar 283 flash)
