This day was AMAZING. Mike and Kyle planned their Cape Cod wedding to the T and aside from some rain, it went off without a hitch. No little detail was left out, their guests were treated like absolute royalty, the sun peeked out just in time for some portraits, and at the end of the day they let go and danced like there was no tomorrow… what more can you ask for?!
Gigi + Jason — Hyannis Private Estate Wedding – xo, CoCo
Oh, Gigi and Jason, where do I begin?! I had the BEST feeling about these two when we first met over beers in Porter Square. They seemed genuinely excited and perfectly in love. Gigi giggled and smiled the whole time, more of that below :) While Jason and I nerded out on beer. Fun fact, Jason and I later ran into each other over the Summer, way the heck out in Vermont at Hill Farmstead, while he was on his bachelor weekend, great minds…
Well all that positive energy continued through to their wedding which was sunny, beautiful, and filled with LOTS of love and laughter. No joke, as I walked around the property in the morning, the first thing I heard was Gigi giggling up in her suite. Just LOVE her. OK, so here we start at this beautiful private estate, with big thanks to Jason’s family for their kindness and hospitality.
These shoes reminded me of Sex and the City, am I right ladies? Hello, Lover.
Gigi’s mother lives in Egypt and I was told she doesn’t get to see her daughters together all that often. She was just incredibly sweet, kissing, hugging and singing all day.
Gigi must have slipped this into Jason’s garment bag, he got ready just down the hallway from her.
I was very lucky to be joined by Paul McNerney of Studio Foto for the day! He grabbed this of Jason, and the next two of their first look.
Love these shots from Paul, Gigi was so nervous and sweet.
Paul also ran upstairs to grab this during the ceremony, absolutely stunning! (Look closely, that’s the Kennedy compound in the distance).
Gigi you are killing me!
Love this from Paul.
This lookout felt like the hottest place on earth at the time, but totally worth it!
We grabbed the couple at sunset for a few more portraits, some of my favorites!
Paul‘s view, love.
Paul grabbed this as well.
Gigi and her sisters were killing it on the dance floor.
Gigi and Jason you two are so dear to my heart, thank you and your families for being incredibly welcoming and loving. Thank you for letting me photograph your love! Head over to Facebook for more!

Bethany + Jon — Ballymeade Country Club Wedding Details
Ok we already got into all the great gushy stuff from Bethany and Jon’s gorgeous wedding, so let’s get into the amazing details!
Krista went down a day early and shot the rehearsal dinner the night before. Jon’s mom, a true southern belle, took over the rehearsal decor and KILLED IT! If the wedding was a perfect preppy representation of Bethany’s New England roots, the rehearsal was a perfect picture of Jon’s southern ties. I did my best not to overload you but I mean it’s just so cute!
OK now onto Wedding Day! Bethany grew up in this stunning historic house right in downtown Falmouth. It is totally charming.
YES.
Ok, just ONE more of the shoes…
Cris Llerena, our fabulous second shooter, shot these details of Jon’s uniform.
Love me some hydrangeas.
That lace was just stunning.
This church where the coule was married is just across the street from Bethany’s house! How adorable! This was shot on Krista’s Holga with Kodak Tri-X 120mm film.
It was quickly time to abandon those amazing heels… :)
Just a little Limo snuggle…
Just a few sparkles to end the night! I love Bethany’s unique rings!

Bethany + Jon — Ballymeade Country Club Wedding
Bethany and Jon were married in Falmouth, MA, Bethany’s home town, in the church across the street from her childhood home. We were told that she used to watch brides leaving the church from her living room window, doesn’t that paint such a wonderful picture? Well no matter what expectations had been swimming in Bethany’s head about her very own wedding day in that church, I certainly think they were met. The weather held out just perfectly, Bethany was glowing and nervous but cool under pressure, and the setting could not have been more idyllic. It really was a wonderful day.
We learned not long after the wedding however that Jon’s brother and Best Man, Michael, had passed away suddenly. We obviously didn’t know him very well, but it was not hard to tell that he was greatly loved by his family. He gave literally the BEST toast Krista had ever heard, at their rehearsal dinner, which was proven by her crying with laughter through the whole thing… We are so glad that Jon and Bethany were able to celebrate their wedding with him and will have those recent memories forever. And we are thankful to have been able to share a little something with them to help ease the pain. These are the moments when you realize how important photographs can be. Knowing that we can actually help people hold onto the memories of the ones they love is the most rewarding part of our job.
So without further ado, let’s see the blushing bride, Krista started out at Bellezza Salon with the ladies.
This DRESS! Could it be more classic?
Shoes: killer.
I grabbed this in the dramatic light of the bathroom.
We were so happy to work with Cris Llerena for the first time, she was fantastic and started with Jon and his guys across the street.
He looked so dashing in his uniform.
Jon and his brother.
Lovely ladies!
A family tradition: Game Face.
Just a quick walk across the green to the church.
I grabbed this from the balcony as Bethany came down the aisle, Jon could not stop fiddling with his cuffs, it was really cute.
Cris killed it with a little tilt-shift action.
A sweet receiving line moment from Cris.
Love these two!
No big deal guys, just a game face family portrait. Hahaha!
This bridal party portrait shot on Krista’s Holga, with Kodak Tri-X 120mm film.
This was shot on Krista’s F100 with Kodak Tri-x 35mm film. So dreamy!
Off to cocktail hour!
Cris caught this of the Bride and Groom as they were introduced.
And I got this of their frist dance. So dang cute!
Cris caught these super cute kids fooling around…
And this, are you sensing a theme?
Here are some favorites from the party, the dance floor was packed!
Bethany had a great costume change! Absolutely one of our favorite reception dresses.
I caught the next two. Shoulda’ put a ring on it!
Bethany and Jon thank you so much for trusting us with documenting your day! We were so happy to celebrate with you and your families, and so happy we could give you a beautiful way of remembering the ones you love.
And stay tuned folks for their preppy details, and a peak into their album design!

Katie + Mark — Flying Bridge Wedding
Katie and Mark were married in Falmouth, MA on a gorgeous sunny day. Not only was the day planned perfectly, but these two could not have been more wonderful to work with. They are both so cool and calm (not to mention beautiful). They are naturals in front of the camera, totally down to earth, and plain and simple our favorite kind of people to work with!
Krista and I met up with Katie and her girls as they got ready in her hotel suite, is this girl not stunning??
I grabbed this from the other side
Our friend James Federico hung with Mark and his guys.
I absolutely LOVE this storytelling image from James at the idyllic St. Thomas The Apostle Chapel.
I waited for this at the front.
We headed down the road to Falmouth Heights Beach for some seriously windy portraits :) I grabbed this from behind the bridal party.
Here’s James’ view.
And Krista’s.
James caught Krista in action!
Those nails again!
We hopped into The British Beer Company for a little break from the wind. Love her bare feet!
And back over to the church to use their gorgeous doors for a backdrop.
Over at The Flying Bridge we found some more time to shoot these two, wow, when do we ever have this much time?! AMAZING!
Ok Ok, time for the wedding stuff I guess, I could look at those portraits all day!
This room was probably the hottest most humid place I’ve been, well other than Mexico, but that’s it. It was INSANE.
But you can’t tell, these guys were tearin’ it up!
MORE COWBELL.
This is mine from the end of the night. Woo! I think I was outside just trying to get some relief! Hahaha
Katie and Mark, you two are so absolutely wonderful!! Thank you for sharing your love with us. It was an incredible pleasure working with you and your families, truly!
If you haven’t seen enough yet, head over to their facebook album for more, and if you REALLY haven’t seen enough there are TWO more posts coming on their preppy and nautical details and their gorgeous album, just WAIT! Ok enough exclamation points, see you Monday!
