Rob and Britney pulled out all the stops for their Linden Place wedding, and their daughter Isla ended up stealing the show!! They battled heat and insane humidity, toddler meltdowns and possibly thunderstorms but the party raged on and these guys were amazing, taking it all in stride and tearing it up on the dance floor when the time was right, can’t ask for more than that!
Nora & Kevin — Artists for Humanity Epicenter Wedding – xo, CoCo
GUYS! I can’t even TELL you how excited I am to share this wedding! You may remember Nora and Kevin from their snuggly, beer-induced, winter engagement session. These two are an absolute favorite around the studio, I was so excited to see them on their wedding day, and true to form they laughed, they cried, they snuggled, it was SO. FUN.
Baby AJ – Newborn Portrait Session at Hospital
Last year Krista had the incredibly special opportunity to photograph the arrival of her dear friends Jennifer & YiFeng’s first born son! Alexander Justus, baby AJ, arrived healthy and perfect in every way! Krista was able to go into the delivery room just a few moments after he was born, she still talks about what an honor it was to be one of the first people to meet this special little boy. (She also may or may not have been scarred for life by the experience, but clearly, it was worth it) ;)
I say it every time, but I just LOVE me some baby piggies!! Look at those wrinkly little toes!
SUCH a proud husband and father.
The sweetest.
In a few days you’ll get to see just how much baby AJ changed in the first few weeks of his life! (And just wait until you see how stinking adorable he is now!)

Bonnie + Steve — LaBelle Winery Wedding
Bonnie & Steve’s wedding at the LaBelle Winery in New Hampshire, was SO fun! It was sunny all morning and began threatening rain before the ceremony – but wouldn’t you know it, the rain held off until we finished family portraits outside! And then it POURED! That certainly didn’t stop the party going on inside… these guys enjoyed their reception to the fullest!! Check out some of my favorites from their day…
First Look in a open field in the noonday sun? no problem!
Steve cracks me up! He’s officially my first groom with a Go Pro and a selfie stick! How cute are they together?!
Gotta love a fun bridal party!
Time for the ceremony, and everyone got emotional! I love that even with a First Look that moment coming down the aisle still made Bonnie cry! There’s just nothing quite like it.
Peace out, little man!
So happy!
Reception Time! How much do you LOVE these ladies?!?!
More happy tears!
Tearing up the dance floor!
SUCH a great wedding!! Thank you Bonnie & Steve for having us there to document and enjoy the awesomeness! xoxo
And big thanks to my second shooter for the day, Peter Morse!
Ashley + Andrew — The Barn at Gibbet Hill Wedding – xo, CoCo
GET READY FOLKS. We started 2015 out with a bang and one of the most beautiful winter weddings EVER! Ashley and Andrew, troopers and classic New Englanders that they are, wanted to get married IN the snow, and boy did they get their wish! Not only did we get snow, we got that perfect movie snow that blanketed the ground, the bride’s eyelashes, and made everything feel so romantic and festive. Not to mention the fact that these two are SO MUCH FUN, between Ashley’s laugh and Andrew’s dance moves, there was just no way this day would be anything short of perfect.
I started out with the smiling bride as she got ready with her girls, all in matching flannel pj’s mind you.
Krista was my second shooter for the day (Dream Team!) She started out with Andrew and his boys, and these icicles, I can’t even look at them! Brrrrrrrrrr…
Meanwhile everything was starting to come together with the girls! Everyone tied up their dresses in a different way.
Ashley’s dress was lovely! I loved all the little details and sparkles, so feminine.
I mean… what a stunner.
Hahaha!
Time to get married! Krista waited at the front of the aisle for this, which I just LOVE.
Woohoo!
Then, these two absolute champions, actually strapped on their brand new matching LL Bean boots and forged out into 4 feet (at least!) of snow with us to take some gorgeous pictures near Fitch’s Footbridge. Krista caught this one.
EEEeeeeeee!!
Their bridal party was also impressed, Krista got this…LOVE.
I mean, who WOULDN’T need a beer after that?!
Meanwhile back at Gibbet Hill… it REALY started to snow!
So we took some time inside for their super fun bridal party, this one from Krista.
And of course we just HAD to take advantage of all that snow!
Could it be more pretty?! Not possible.
At twilight Krista grabbed this from outside the barn, SUCH a beautiful night!
The reception got started with their first dance.
And some AWESOME toasts.
Then it was dancing time!
Then Andrew, oh Andrew, showed us all what he was made of, with an amazing lip-synching to “It’s Raining Men.” I nearly died of laughter!!!
Just amazing.
That’s all she wrote folks! Can you see why I love these two so much?! Ashley and Andrew, THANK YOU for being so wonderful, trusting us with your memories and having the time of your lives on your wedding day. Check out more on Facebook y’all and stay tuned for their adorable diy details!
Lephan + Scotty — Hyatt Regency Boston Wedding – xo, CoCo
Ohhhhh these two. You may remember these adorable faces from their Providence, RI engagement session where I fell in LOVE with them. Lephan and Scotty are two of the most joyful people I’ve met, I’m so happy I was there to capture that joy on their wedding day, and let me tell you there was a LOT of it. This day was a smashing end to our season, I think you’ll be able to see for yourselves why we love these two so much.
I started out with Lephan as she got ready, and had a really fun time getting into her dress. Just LOVE this :)
My very good friend Deborah Zoe started out with Scotty, once he actually found his bowtie that is…. hehe.
We were making our way down to the First Look and I just had to get Lephan in this light! Man oh man!
Deb caught this of Scotty’s First Look.
My view, they were so excited!
We then walked down the street to grab some portraits near the Paramount Theatre.
I mean, that color!
Then made our way through the city.
Lephan, I know this wall was freezing, but it was worth it right?!
The whole bridal party met up with us under the Chinatown gate.
Deb caught this, work it y’all!
LOVE this portrait from Deb.
Thennnn Lephan put on her neon coat, and we needed documentation of it, obviously.
Time to hide away for the ceremony, in a coat closet… hehe.
From Deb, woohoo!
Keepin’ it classy, Scotty.
Afterwards they held a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, love this of grandma!
Lephan changed into dress #3 and then the Bride & Groom got to show off their dance moves!
They walked around and toasted each table, it was such a fun part of the night!
I mean, that dress… LOVE it!
Then shots were poured and the real party started!
Man what a blast! Lephan and Scotty, thank you for your trust, infectious laughter, amazing emails, silly notes, and general amazing-ness over the past year. It has been a true pleasure working with you (understatement of the year)! Check out more on Facebook and stay tuned for alllll the amazing details too!
Ashley + Joe — Exchange Conference Center Wedding in Boston
I’ve gotta be honest with you… I think Joe & Ashley’s wedding was my absolute favorite for 2014! Maybe it was because they totally trusted me, and gave me the freedom to focus on the moments? Maybe it was because we had an hour to ride around Boston shooting wherever we wanted with just the two of them? Maybe it’s because they love black & white photography as much as I do? Or maybe it’s because they fed me pizza after the ceremony?! It’s hard to say… but just take a look, and I think you’ll understand!
I started with Ashley & the girls, and my lovely assistant Cristen, over at the Seaport Hotel
Meanwhile… CoCo was shooting with Joe & the guys over at the Exchange Conference Center
Then it was time for the First Look! Ashley just needed a little liquid courage before we left ;)
Clearly Joe was ready!
After a few minutes of smooches and laughter, we headed over to the Christian Science Plaza for some fun, relaxed portraits
Then it was time to meet up with the fam over at the Boston Public Gardens! Think they’re excited?!
This is totally one of my favorites! This is what is REALLY happening while we take portraits ;)
Then we headed back to Arlington Street Church to get ready for the ceremony!
So many giggles!
Then it was time for a little Pizza Break before we went to the reception!!
We stopped at Dirty Water Dough Company, and it was delicious!
Time for the reception! The toasts were hilarious!!
First Dance
Such sweet Parent Dances!
Then it was time to PARTY!!
Double Exposure in the Holga, on Tri-X Black & White Film! Love it!
So, do you see what I mean?! It was AWESOME!!!!
Wait until you see the details… next post, I promise! Meanwhile, you can see more in their album on Facebook!

Liz + Dylan — Reid Castle Wedding – xo, CoCo
Liz and Dylan were faves from the start. Their sense of humor, all-together cuteness, absolute adoration of each other, not to mention their hilarious families and especially Dylan’s dad’s mustache, made their wedding day one of the BEST days. Ever. No seriously. Go ahead, see for yourself.
I started with Liz as she got ready in the bridal suite at Reid Castle, on the campus of Manhattanville College. This place was so cool! So many beautiful and interesting indoor spaces, with gorgeous light inside and out!
Krista was my second shooter for the day, (Dream team!), she started with Dylan and this cute guy next door.
Oh hello there Mr. Dapper!
The lawn had our FAVORITE Weeping Beech trees, good spot for a First Look don’t you think? Love this from Krista.
Can’t even handle these two!
Krista brought along a couple film cameras to play with, she shot this with her Nikon f100 camera, on Kodak Tri-x 400 35mm film.
Also from Krista, isn’t that lace to die for?!
Light, giggles, snuggles, everything.
From Krista, I mean they didn’t stop laughing!
Krista shot this with a Holga toy camera on Kodak Tri-x 400 120mm film.
Krista grabbed this as well.
I mean we had to show the castle right?!
Time for the ceremony! Liz and her dad were so sweet!
Krista snuck around the side to grab this, can you just feel how excited she is?!
Krista also ran upstairs to grab this, so pretty!
I stayed on the ground during the festivities at the reception while Krista shot from above, so fun right?
Their brother and sister made use of basically everyone in the room for their toasts, it was so fun, emotional and personal.
Then this happened, complete with “I’ve Had the Time of my Liiiiiife!” perfectly cued up. So good.
After the festivities, we took another few moments to shoot in this gorgeous space! These two were so generous with their time, and of course SO FUN to photograph.
Krista set this up, just LOVE it.
One more from Krista, how romantic are those candles??
Haha! Phone for you!
At their request we got everyone in the room on the dance floor for a group picture from the balcony. Love these guys!
These two just had to get a dance in while everyone was still at their tables.
Then it was party time!
And as a send off they killed it up on stage.
I can’t even say enough about these two! Thank you Liz & Dylan for trusting us with your memories, for cracking us up all day, for loving your day and everything it brought. We love you guys! Check out more on Facebook y’all and just WAIT for their details post full of autumnal color and that charming diy touch.
Ryan + Kirk — Essex Conference Center and Retreat Wedding Details – xo, CoCo
Let’s just take a look at how beautiful this spot is. The Essex Conference Center and Retreat is a fabulous North Shore hidden gem, filled with fabulous scenery, outdoor sculptures, lily ponds, oh my! Not to mention all of the hard work Kirk and Ryan and their friends put into their amazingly colorful diy details, feast your eyes!
I can’t even handle this beautiful arbor covered in paper flowers.
They transformed the tent into a colorful oasis, filled with gummy bears, wild flowers and neon.
I brought along my Canonet QL17 35mm rangefinder and shot some snapshots on Fuji 400H color film.
And you know Vince, my second shooter, and I had to test out the light a bit… Aren’t we pretty?
Ok back to the good stuff! When we arrived, the boys were working on individual messages to each and every guest, including me and Vince., how sweet?! Also shot on Fuji 400H color 35mm film.
Details and portraits from Vince.

Shot on Fuji 400H color 35mm film during the most wonderful heartfelt ceremony ever.

A couple more details shot on Fuji 400H color 35mm film.
This ketubah was handmade meticulously by one of their best friends, it was beautiful.
Not to mention their beautiful art deco rings designed by a family member!
One more on Fuji 400H film, don’t you love the “Summer Camp” feel?
Such a fabulous night!
And Vince and I got our own dance party with our favorite grooms! Hahaha!
