Alright, let’s get to the gorgeous details from Laura and Dayna’s early spring wedding at the wonderful Willowdale Estate! Even when it’s not quite green, this place is still amazing, one of my favorite venues.
Laura & Dayna — Willowdale Estate Wedding – xo, CoCo
Laura and Dayna (best name for a groom ever!) were married on a beautiful brisk day in late spring, they braved the slight chill in the air for as long as they could and it was SO worth it for the chance to walk around outside and to witness their ceremony on the gorgeous patio of the Willowdale Estate. Laura was perfectly nervous, everyone was excited, the weather held off and just wait til you see Dayna’s face when he saw his bride for the first time…
Christina + Preston — Langham Hotel Boston Wedding Details – xo, CoCo
Let’s just start with the dress, because I think we can all agree, it was ah-mazing. This was my view as I walked into Christina’s suite at the Langham the morning of her wedding. I was in love.
So. many. layers.
You can thank my assistant Pam for this one. :)
I LOVE the bodice detail, I’ve never seen anything like it!
I love the classic look of pastels.
Such a stunningly simple cake.
My second shooter Paul helping set up a portrait, lookin good!
A little behind the scenes from Pam, again.
And one last one of their lovely rings, and Preston’s with their wedding date in roman numerals!

T + P — Boston College Club Wedding – xo, CoCo
I dare say, I have never heard “Thank You” as many times in one day as I heard from T & P on their wedding day. These two and their families are so wonderfully genuine, kind, and altogether fabulous, it was such a pleasure spending the day with them, let alone photographing them! T got ready at her parents’ house, full of bridesmaids, kids and family, it was frantic and fun.
This guy wasn’t too pumped about his bow-tie :)
Such stunningly simple dress, love.
Trying to get a sneak peak of the ceremony…
It was drizzling but everyone made the most of it!
The fabulous Cris Llerena of Nom de Plume Photo joined me for the day and grabbed this great wide shot.
We ran over to the Public Gardens, full of colorful leaves, and lots of tourists, for some quick portraits.
At the very spot where they got engaged, so sweet!
One more stop at Post Office Square, love the city scape!
Cocktail hour was in full swing at the BC Club as the sun set.
Such a great view from up there!
The speeches were a hit!
Woohoo! What a fabulous and fun-filled day, thank you T & P for being so gracious and for loving each other so much! You make my job easy! Find them on Facebook too!

Rose + George — Boston Seaport Hotel Wedding
Rose and George were married at the Boston Seaport Hotel. It was such a lovely wedding. Rose had this amazing and unique kiwi and persimmon color scheme that was carried through almost every element of their day. Their families seemed so fun and supportive and absolutely thrilled to be witnessing their nuptials. And some Krista Photography alums Jessica and Albert were there! It’s always fun to see past couples out on the dance floor!
Krista and I started out with Rose and her ladies up in her hotel suite.
Our pal Lindsay Flanagan started out with George and his guys!
Lindsay did some great portraits with the guys before they left for the ceremony.
I grabbed this of the girls helping with Rose’s dress.
I love these flowers, the color combination is so unique and gorgeous!
Then we ran down and headed out to the ceremony!
Such a sweet moment with Rose’s grandmother! She burst into tears as soon as she saw her.
Isn’t this gorgeous?!
Then onto the Public Gardens for some portraits!
I love how those dresses pop!
I love this!
Lindsay grabbed this of the Mariachi band during cocktail hour, love it.
Then they played for the Bride and Groom!
The room was stunning, so colorful and classy. Details from Lindsay an I.
We took some favors, fans and chop sticks and played around!
My fave! I can’t get over Rose’s set of rings, stunning!
This girl was the STAR. Seriously.
I caught this little lady in the act, that’s right, she’s shufflin’.
We made a gorgeous guest book for Rose and George, I grabbed this shot of a particularly cute entry :)
Current and past Krista Photography couples! Yay!
Thank you Rose and George! It was such a pleasure working with you and documenting your love! Check out their facebook album for more, and while your at it “Like Us!” And I’ll see you Friday!

Leli + Tom — China Pearl Wedding
Leli and Tom had an amazingly fun wedding day, they each had seven people standing up for them, the girls in bold deep purple, which made for an amazingly big and super fun bridal party. Each of them got ready with their respective groups at the Westin and the Hyatt House in Waltham where Krista started with the Bride and all-start second shooter Zac Wolf started with the boys for a few shenanigans…
I feel like he’s thinking “Not too shabby!”
I think he’s kind of a goof ball don’t you… :)
Meanwhile, Krista hung out with this gorgeous lady.
Tom sent her a card… cutie!
The girls hid in the back of Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston in Lexington just before the ceremony.
Zac waited at the fron of the aisle to catch Tom.
Zac grabbed this of a little cutie hiding out in the back of the church.
For portraits they headed over to Beaver Brook Reservation in Belmont. I LOVE how that purple pops!
And the flowers weren’t so bad either… :)
I feel like Zac didn’t have to prompt these crazy guys to do any of this… hahaha
Lovely Leli.
Winner. Thank Zac for this one :)
Zac caught this too.
Everyone gathered at China Pearl in downtown Boston to get the party started. Fabulous Photo booth assistant Cristen Farrell caught this.
Quick costume change! Stunning!
SO many cute kids there!
Then Leli changed into ANOTHER awesome dress.
Cristen set up our super fun photo booth! With our favorite dropitmodern backdrop :) Here are some of our favorites.
LOVE these girls!!
Leli and Tom thank you and all of your friends and family for being so wonderful! We had a blast!! Hit up facebook until I see you Monday for the beginning of a very SPECIAL set of posts!
