The baby boom is real! And this spring was FULL of Krista Photography couples welcoming new babies to their family! Liz & Pete were married in 2012 and are now the proud parents of baby Sal. Krista was SO excited to meet Sal!

The H Family — Portrait Session in Houston, Texas

If you have followed Krista Photography for while, this family is sure to look familiar! The short version of the story: Krista shot Rhetta and Bill’s wedding in Chicago back in 2004. Upon moving to Boston, Krista began working for Matt & Enna Grazier and on her very first day she was perusing their portfolio and stumbled upon a gorgeous pregnant woman – who also happened to be Rhetta! As baby Hannah grew and changed, Rhetta sought Krista out to take family portraits. The family has since moved from Boston to Texas, but she called again, and again when they were back in town visiting. :) And so it made perfect sense for Krista to swing by while on a trip west this spring, to capture this beautiful family once more!

Krista met Jessica several years ago when she was a bridesmaid in Elena and Dan’s wedding and was thrilled to hear from her wanting to do family portraits at the family’s home. One of the benefits of traveling to a destination wedding via cruise ship is that I was “forced” to be on vacation for a few days! To make it SO much more awesome, one of my best friends since childhood came along! Marietta had visited Bermuda after her graduation from THE Ohio State University, um, a lot of years ago – so it was extra sweet to visit together again!

I’ve known this lady for over 30 years!!!! It was such a treat getting to enjoy all of this with such a dear friend!
