More fun from Kayla’s first Year-in-the-Life! I went up to visit them right before Christmas for Kayla’s 7 Month Portraits… and a little holiday cheer! This is like my FAVORITE stage of baby-ness!! They can hold themselves up on their tummies, they can sit up, and giggle, and really connect with you — but they’re not quite able to get away yet ;) It’s the BEST time for photos!!
Baby Kayla’s Year-in-the-Life — 3 Month Portraits
Amy introduced you to sweet little Kayla a few weeks ago. I visited her four times over the course of her first year of life, and I must say, it’s been very fun watching her grow up from infant, to baby, to toddler! She’s such a sweetie!
Bonnie + Steve — LaBelle Winery Wedding
Bonnie & Steve’s wedding at the LaBelle Winery in New Hampshire, was SO fun! It was sunny all morning and began threatening rain before the ceremony – but wouldn’t you know it, the rain held off until we finished family portraits outside! And then it POURED! That certainly didn’t stop the party going on inside… these guys enjoyed their reception to the fullest!! Check out some of my favorites from their day…
First Look in a open field in the noonday sun? no problem!
Steve cracks me up! He’s officially my first groom with a Go Pro and a selfie stick! How cute are they together?!
Gotta love a fun bridal party!
Time for the ceremony, and everyone got emotional! I love that even with a First Look that moment coming down the aisle still made Bonnie cry! There’s just nothing quite like it.
Peace out, little man!
So happy!
Reception Time! How much do you LOVE these ladies?!?!
More happy tears!
Tearing up the dance floor!
SUCH a great wedding!! Thank you Bonnie & Steve for having us there to document and enjoy the awesomeness! xoxo
And big thanks to my second shooter for the day, Peter Morse!
Nichole + Steve — Church Landing Wedding – xo, CoCo
Oh, Nichole and Steve, where do I start?! Well first of all Nichole is a friend of Krista’s so when she came to us for her wedding photography, we just couldn’t resist! You may remember them from their North End Engagement, and also remember that they are totally adorable. They were married on one of the last few beautiful Fall days in late November at the beautiful Church Landing in Meredith, New Hampshire. We had the run of the place for the day and could not have been more grateful for the gorgeous light and weather. Not to mention this couple and their wonderfully welcoming families and friends, what a fun day!
He obviously took his job very seriously…:)
Krista was my fabulous second shooter for the day, Nichole is a good friend of hers after all! She started out with Steve and his dudes.
Love.
LOVE.
Oh, Nichole you are such a beauty!
Krista grabbed this of Steve when he first saw Nichole!
Workin hard :)
This is Krista’s view of the dock, love the blue!
And mine.
The next few are Krista’s, man we got some gorgeous light!
Make love to the camera Steve…
Then into the library with the bridal party!
We just had to take advantage of this hallway with branches, it was so cool! This is Krista’s view with ambient light.
The girls needed to kill a little time before the ceremony, so might as well sing “Wheels on the bus!”
The next two are from Krista.
Krista’s view of the kiss!
We found time for a little night photography right after the ceremony, here’s a long exposure of the building from Krista, gorgeous!
And some fun with lights in the trees from me!
Steve’s mom was killing it, love those heels!
Fun with their Photo Booth pictures :)
Steve’s dad, also a champ on the dance floor. :)
Not to mention Nichole!
Woohoo! What a fabulous day it was, thank you Nichole and Steve for being so incredibly easy to work with, you and your wonderful families. We wish you all the best! Find more on Facebook! We also have these wonderful vendors to thank for such a gorgeous day!

Ariel + Joshua — Camp Wedding on Lake Ossipee, NH
Oh my goodness, are you ready to look at a LOT of photos?! Ari & Josh’s wedding at Camp Cody was SO FUN, I just need to share a bunch of photos to show you how fun it was, so brace yourselves!
The girls getting ready – that’s Ari there in the curlers ;)
Some portraits with the ladies before the festivities get started
Photo by my lovely assistant, Cristen Farrell
Such a natural beauty!
Meanwhile, my fantastic second shooter, Matt Grazier of Grazier Photography was having some fun with the guys…
I love the Bride’s reception and the Bedeken! Definitely my favorite part of the day at every Orthodox Jewish wedding!
LOVE this shot Matt captured of Josh coming from the Tisch to see his bride!
And Matt’s shot of the women seeing him coming – so much excitement!
This explains why my legs hurt so bad the morning after shooting a wedding!
LOVE these moments!
Matt’s perspectives during the Ketubah signing…
My view of the Ketubah signing from the other side of the table
Once the Ketubah was signed, everyone headed to the other side of the camp for the ceremony! It had to be moved indoors because it was so unseasonably cold that day!
In a traditional Jewish, the bride would circle the groom, but for this wedding they circled each other.
Cristen’s view of the kiss
RUNNING out the door!
An entertaining Bridal Party is a must!
“Hey guys, just go over there and hang out and enjoy being married for a minute!” This is what they gave me… :)
This one was a little less silly, a little more sultry… so versatile, these two!
Ari was freezing, but she still managed to look gorgeous in the setting sun by the lake!
A few moments out of the wind to wrap up our portraits!
Then it was off to the reception, where the dancing was nearly endless!!!
Cristen captured these amazing moments!
This one explains my shoulder pain… This job is hard work!! This also captures some of Josh’s awesomeness :)
The band had to shut down the music and practically beg everyone to sit down for dinner, haha! But they were happy to listen to some great toasts!
Then is was back to the dance floor!! Where are the finger pointing moves from the engagement session, I ask you?!
More Josh awesomeness…
A little late night toast by the bridesmaid who introduced them!
And a parting shot of the beautiful night sky above the tent! What a great night for a wedding!
Big shout out to these Vendors who made the day so fantastic!

Ariel + Joshua — New Hampshire Summer Camp Engagement Portraits
Oh yeah, this was SUCH a great engagement session!!! I met up with Ari & Josh in New Hampshire at Camp Cody on Lake Ossipee, where they would hold their wedding a few months later. It was such a beautiful and FUN place to shoot! They brought their dog with them and we tromped all over the campground taking pictures, splashing in the water, jumping over logs, dancing in the woods, and leaping out of canoes. This may be my favorite engagement session ever :)
To start off, they’re gorgeous, and Ari’s dress is fabulous!
Haha, the pup couldn’t resist the lake!
Oh, not only are the beautiful… they are TOTAL goofballs!!! Woohoo!
Isn’t this place lovely?!
Then it was time for a little costume change and an all-wine picnic :)
Then it was time for our favorite part of the day! The part where they get in a canoe and recreate their engagement on Phewa Lake in Pokhara, Nepal… and then jump out of the canoe!
It’s not the Himalayas, but it will certainly do!
Get ready! We’re gonna do it!
Even the pup knew what to do :)
The poor dog was just panicking, wanting to be with them but having a hard time swimming for so long! He kept getting out, running back down the pier and jumping into the water again! He just loves them so much, he had to be with them!!
I’m surprised I didn’t see more of this dance move at their reception… ;)
Not a bad way to the end the day!
See?! Wasn’t that awesome?! Ari & Josh – you guys are the best! Thank you for being so fun to work with, and such a joy to photograph!
Head on over to Facebook to see more of my favorites!
Family Reunion Portraits – New Hampshire
I hardly ever get to see my oldest & dearest friend Marietta, who lives in Ohio, but this year I’ve gotten to see her a ton!! I went home a couple of times and got to see her and her new baby. Then a few weeks ago she & her family came to New England for a family reunion! They don’t get the whole clan together very often, so they asked me to come up and take some photographs. A fun portrait shoot, plus I get to see my Marietta and baby Austin?! Fabulous :)
I love these people :]
Mar with her brother & sister – I’ve known them all since I was about 6 years old!
Austin with his Lola!
Some of little families…
All the cousins!
The grandparents with all the grandchildren! Can anyone spot the extra adult in the photo???
Everybody!!
In between the formal shots I was able to capture all the cuteness a bit more candidly
And after all the portraits were over, we ate the most delicious ribs EVER, and then had a little 1st birthday celebration!
Marietta – I love you! I am so thankful that you’ve been part of my life for over 25 years! (wow, we’re getting old…) And thanks for bringing me up and letting me crash the reunion. Your family is, of course, awesome! Hopefully we can keep finding more and more excuses to see each other this year :) Hug & kiss that baby for me!!!
Katie & Joe’s eSession – Londonderry, NH
I met Katie & Joe about a year ago, down in New York City. They lived there at the time, and I was in town for a conference, and it was just great timing. Now they live over in Pennsylvania, and their wedding is going to be in Boston…. so naturally we met up in New Hampshire for their engagement session! Ha! I love how many states are involved in that!
Katie worked at Mack’s Apples when she was in high school, so we decided it was the perfect spot to grab a few photos while they were in town. So we met there one morning before they opened, and had the place pretty much to ourselves!
They’re totally cute!
The apple orchards were down the road from where we met, so we shot with the pears instead :)
Great morning light!
Oh, I just loved the barn! Stacked floor to ceiling with empty crates, covered in 2 inches of dirt… it was the perfect place for photos!
And you know I love shooting people’s feet! Especially when they look as lovey-dovey as these feet do :)
Katie & Joe – thanks for a great morning at the orchard! My sister and her kids met me there after and we had the BEST time – and honestly, the Honeycrisp apples were AMAZING!
I can’t wait for your New Year’s wedding! It’s going to be so much fun!!
